Submit and Publish Group Vetting Results

After final review and voting by groups (PVC #8), all vetting decisions that have achieved at least 60% of group votes, shall be submitted and published to the PVC and general public at large.  Where there is no such consensus voting results, there may be posted the results of “no endorsement” for the office(s) under consideration.  However, if groups hold further review or discussion that materially changes the voting results, these  would then be promptly posted to the general public.

It is strongly recommended that groups uphold the original group voting results that endorse any specific candidate, as long as that candidate remains actively seeking the office.  For example, don’t change a candidate endorsement once made in favor of some new candidate who did not go through the vetting procedures, such as by failing to meet the established deadlines for submitting the pertinent application and questionnaire.
